Project Management - PRINCE2 Qualified & Experienced

I am an experienced PRINCE2 Practitioner and have just completed a long-term contract working with the Scottish Government, providing project management expertise within the Justice Directorate and supporting capacity building in this area.

Previously, I have also been involved in a number of high-profile process improvement and IT development change projects, leading and managing Project Delivery Teams to deliver planned products and realise planned benefits.
